I have purchased a Microsoft designer bluetooth mouse and two Windows 10 computers fail to see the mouse to enable pairing. The mouse is seen and pairs with an Android tablet with no problem and several other Bluetooth devices also connect to my Windows 10 computers.
This is OK even when I remove and re-pair a device. I have not tried uninstalling the Bluetooth device from Device Manager and allow it to re-install as I have a number of Bluetooth devices showing am a little unsure. It would seem that there is a problem with the mouse in combination with Win 10 even if it has a Windows 10 label on the box.

Other Microsoft devices have paired and connected since your advice. Thanks everyone who replied with assistance. I have now returned the mouse for a refund.
